Below is a number of resources to help you register.  If you have questions, contact our office at 800.345.6644 or email info@specialolympicsla.org!

Resources for Completing
Registration

The Athlete application is required annually for participation by all athletes (with intellectual disabilities). This form asks for contact information, health history, waivers, releases and code of conduct. These help us create a safe and supportive environment, ensuring everyone’s health, safety, and dignity are respected. Once approved, the application clears an athlete for participation for one year across all Special Olympics Louisiana’s sports and events.
